The lid doubles as a base tray for the candle to sit on while it burns, and the burn time runs well in excess of 150 hours. Its fragrance brings together jasmine and wild pear lifted by tuberose over deep, silky musk.

Styling

This is a centrepiece candle for a dining table, coffee table or wide mantel. Five flames give a warm, theatrical glow for entertaining, and the polished lid keeps it looking finished when it is not lit.

How to Use

Sit the candle on its stainless steel lid on a heat-resistant surface. On first use, allow the wax to melt across the full surface to prevent tunnelling. Trim the wicks to about 5 mm before each burn, burn for no longer than three to four hours at a time, keep it away from draughts and flammable materials, and never leave it unattended. Stop using it when about 1 cm of wax remains.

Specifications

Weight: 3.5kg

Wicks: five

Wax: natural soy wax

Burn time: well in excess of 150 hours

Vessel: glass, with stainless steel lid that doubles as a base tray

Fragrance notes: jasmine and wild pear lifted by tuberose over deep, silky musk

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it burn?

Well in excess of 150 hours when cared for correctly.

What is the lid for?

The stainless steel lid covers the candle when not in use and doubles as a base tray while it burns.

What does Musk smell like?

Musk brings together jasmine and wild pear lifted by tuberose over deep, silky musk.

How many wicks does it have?

Five, which melt the wide surface evenly and give a strong fragrance throw.

Do I need to trim the wicks?

Yes.
