A Splash of Colour on Your Stovetop

The Bialetti Rainbow brings a vibrant, playful twist to the classic Moka pot. It uses exactly the same trusted stovetop brewing method as Bialetti's original design, just dressed in a bold, colourful finish for those who want their coffee routine to look as good as it tastes.

The Same Trusted Brewing Method

Crafted from durable aluminium, the Rainbow uses your stovetop's heat to build steam pressure, forcing hot water through finely ground coffee for a concentrated, full-flavoured shot. It's the same process that's made Bialetti a byword for Italian coffee, just with more personality on the shelf.

Dimensions

Country of origin: Romania. Material: aluminium, stainless steel, silicone and plastic.

3 Cup: 16cm (H) x 9cm (W), 0.39kg, approx. 130ml serving.
6 Cup: 21.5cm (H) x 10.5cm (W), 0.61kg, approx. 250ml serving.

How To Use

Fill the base with water, add your favourite ground coffee to the filter basket without tamping it down, and heat on the stovetop. In minutes you'll have a rich, aromatic cup of coffee.

Care Instructions

Clean with warm water and a 3:1 water-to-vinegar solution rather than detergent, then rinse thoroughly with plain water and dry all parts completely before storing. Never put it in the dishwasher. Don't let the flame extend beyond the sides of the pot when heating, and let the base cool before cleaning. Move the knob at the centre of the safety valve weekly to prevent limescale build-up. Use only genuine Bialetti spare parts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What coffee grind should I use?
A consistent fine-to-medium grind — finer than a cafetiere grind but not as fine as espresso. A stovetop-specific ground coffee such as Bialetti's Perfetto Moka is ideal.

Can I use the Rainbow on an induction hob?
No — its aluminium body and octagonal base aren't induction-compatible. Use an induction adapter plate to keep using it on an induction hob.

Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes — gaskets, filters and handles are all available separately.

How often should I replace the gasket and filter?
Roughly every 12 months, though regular cleaning can extend this.

Will more colours become available?
Only the colours currently listed are stocked; other Bialetti colourways sold in Italy aren't available through this range.

Coffee With a Little More Personality
