We accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Ceramic returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservices@proleno.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely
