  • Our RUGS return policy applies within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • We arrange collection to make your Rug return as stress-free as possible. The courier return cost is £10.00, and this will be deducted from your refund.
  • After return confirmation, the courier will collect the item within 24–48 hours from your address.
  • Please note that couriers do not provide an exact collection time.
  • Kindly ensure availability for collection. If the courier cannot collect the item due to absence or any other reason, you will be responsible for reposting the item.
  • Items must be securely packaged and returned in their original packaging. No refund will be issued for items returned in dirty or damaged condition, or without packaging.
  • To start a return, simply email customerservices@proleno.com with your order number and the reason you would like to return your rug. We'll start the process for you and email you with an update as soon as the collection has been organised.
