Mimo Mi Casa Su Casa Doormat 60 x 40 cm

My House Is Your House

The Mimo Mi Casa Su Casa Doormat greets guests with the classic Spanish phrase, framed by a tropical, palm-inspired art deco design. Natural coir fibres scrape dirt from shoes, and an anti-slip PVC backing helps keep the 60 x 40 cm mat stable.

Styling

A lovely choice for anyone with a love of Spain or a holiday home in the sun, it brings Mediterranean warmth to a British doorstep. Pair it with terracotta pots and olive trees for a sunny entrance.

How to Use

Lay the mat flat in front of the door with the backing underneath, and give your shoes a firm wipe across the coir as you come in. New coir can shed a few loose fibres at first, so give it a good shake outdoors during the first few weeks. Care: Wash in warm soapy water.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the mat made of?
Coir and PVC.

What size is it?
It measures 60 x 40 cm, 2 cm high.

How do I clean it?
Wash in warm soapy water.

Will it stay in place?
The PVC backing is designed to help the mat grip smooth floors such as tiles, laminate and wood and to reduce movement underfoot.

Can it be used outdoors?
For the longest life, use it inside the door or in a sheltered, covered porch. Coir lasts best when it isn't left sitting in standing water.

Will my door open over it?
