Coir Shapes Green Doormat 60 x 40 cm

Bright Shapes for a Bold Welcome

The Coir Shapes Green Doormat brings a scatter of contemporary shapes to the front door, set across a fresh green ground. Made from natural coir and sized at 60 x 40 cm, it gives everyday footwear a firm brush before stepping inside.

Styling

Green works beautifully against a black, navy or sage front door, and the playful shapes lift a plain porch or a neutral hallway. Pair it with potted plants either side of the step for a cheerful, garden-fresh entrance.

How to Use

Lay the mat flat in front of the door with the backing underneath, and give your shoes a firm wipe across the coir as you come in. New coir can shed a few loose fibres at first, so give it a good shake outdoors during the first few weeks. To keep it looking its best, shake it out or brush it regularly to remove trapped dirt, and avoid abrasive cleaners.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the mat made of?
Natural coir fibres.

What size is it?
It measures 60 x 40 cm, 2 cm high.

How do I clean it?
Shake it out or brush it regularly to remove trapped dirt, and avoid abrasive cleaners.

Will it stay in place?
It is a flat, weighty coir mat that sits naturally in front of the door; on very smooth floors an anti-slip underlay can add extra grip.

Can it be used outdoors?
For the longest life, use it inside the door or in a sheltered, covered porch. Coir lasts best when it isn't left sitting in standing water.

Will my door open over it?
The mat is 2 cm high, so check the gap beneath your door if it opens inwards over the mat.
