Materials

Body: 80% stainless steel, 3% iron, 3% aluminium, 4% silica. Lid: 10% glass. Hand wash the pan body or place dishwasher-safe components in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly after washing.

How to Use

Fill the pan no more than one-third full with oil. Heat to the correct temperature before lowering the basket slowly into the oil. Use for chips, chicken wings, doughnuts, tempura, and battered fish. When cooked, lift the basket and hook it over the rim to drain before serving. Allow oil to cool completely before storing or disposing.
