Please ensure that you choose the correct brush head for your item. They are rarely interchangeable. If in doubt, please ask us before ordering. Please know that replacement toilet brush heads cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
We know that accidents sometimes happen or that your much-loved Zack product has suffered a little from general wear and tear. Zack supplies a wide range of spare parts and replacement parts that can make your Zack product look new for a fraction of the cost of replacing the item entirely.
Proleno carries many ex-stock items, so if they are in stock when you order, they will be shipped to you within one working day. If the item is out of stock, you can still order as usual, and your item will be sent to us from Germany within a few days. We'll ship it to you as soon as it arrives. We'll also email you updates so you know your order's status.
